MOA/Part 145 Compliance Monitoring Manager

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a MOA/Part 145 Compliance Monitoring Manager to join the Aviation Safety & Quality department in Marignane, France. You will ensure that helicopter and component maintenance activities meet all Continuing Airworthiness approvals, supporting a high‑tech, inclusive and environmentally‑friendly manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead authority and customer audits, schedule them and manage corrective action requests.
• Control the renewal process for MOA approvals, initiate change dossiers and transfer compliance documents to the my‑CES system.
• Monitor and challenge the effectiveness of corrective actions, guaranteeing manuals and procedures align with regulatory requirements.
• Support business process owners on regulatory issues, empower certifying staff and train MOA personnel on quality topics.
• Approve component capability lists and contribute to the audit programme within the AHF MOA scope.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MRO and quality management.
• In‑depth knowledge of EASA Part 145 and EMAR/FR 145 regulations.
• Auditor qualification.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with authorities and customers.
• Fluent English (negotiation level) and native or near‑native French.
