Milk Driver – Collect and Transport Dairy Products

About the role

The Milk Driver will join the collection service at the Montauban‑de‑Bretagne site, transporting milk from dairy farms across Ille‑et‑Vilaine to designated depots. Working for Sodiaal Union, France’s leading dairy cooperative, you will ensure timely and safe delivery of high‑quality milk.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled milk collection tours on assigned farms using company‑provided trucks.
• Drive responsibly, prioritising safety and fuel efficiency, and maintain responsibility for the vehicle.
• Conduct initial conformity checks on milk at the farm, measuring volumes and taking samples for quality control and traceability.
• Transport collected milk to the designated unloading point while adhering to hygiene and regulatory standards.
• Record quantities collected and assist with quality monitoring both on‑farm and in‑truck.

Required profile

• Rigorous, autonomous, punctual and able to work well in a team.
• Mandatory EC driving licence and FCOS certification.
• Interest or familiarity with the agricultural sector is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
