Mid Market Account Executive - France

About the role

Contentful is looking for a Mid Market Account Executive (f/m/d) in France to drive its growth by leading the end-to-end sales process with top-tier clients. You will work closely with the partnership and customer success teams to run a consultative sales process with professional developers and business leaders in the French market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate your own pipeline through outbound activities together with marketing and BDR teams, and drive expansion with existing clients in the French territory
• Grow accounts using a land-and-expand model, manage RFI/RFQ requests, and meet quarterly and annual sales goals
• Understand prospects' digital experience challenges and align Contentful's ROI with them, working with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects on technical challenges
• Develop proposals, position complex pricing structures, negotiate contracts and close deals quickly
• Share best practices with customer success and marketing teams

Required profile

• 3+ years selling a technical platform as an SDR, BDR and/or Account Executive
• 1+ year of individual quota-carrying experience and 1+ year growing existing accounts
• Proven ability to close $60-100k+ opportunities and to generate your own pipeline
• Nice to have: partner ecosystem experience, product-led growth experience, and native French
