About the role

The Medical Regulator position is based at the Nantes site of VYV Ecoute et Solutions and is part of the Direction of Relations and Services Management. In this role you will handle medical advice and assistance requests from beneficiaries, ensuring each request receives appropriate attention.

Key responsibilities

Process incoming requests for medical advice and assistance from beneficiaries.
Provide accurate and timely medical guidance in line with organisational procedures.
Collaborate with the Relations and Services Management team to maintain high service quality.

Required profile

Medical qualification enabling you to give professional advice.
Experience in handling beneficiary inquiries or similar support functions.
