About the role

We are looking for an experienced Auto Mechanic to join a reputable automotive repair workshop in Mâcon on a 6‑month temporary contract. The role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on customer vehicles, ensuring high quality service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine automotive mechanical work, including oil changes and brake pad replacements.
• Replace timing belts and perform other essential component replacements.
• Carry out preventive maintenance checks and corrective repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety standards.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in automotive mechanics.
• Ability to work independently with rigor and strong organizational skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and good communication with workshop staff.
• No specific diploma required, but proven practical skills are essential.
