Master Project Manager – Strategic Projects

About the role

Airbus Beyond is seeking a Master Project Manager to lead its most strategic initiatives in Toulouse. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of high‑visibility projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer commitments and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, high‑impact projects from opportunity framing through delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Define project governance, delivery strategies, operating models, milestones and success criteria.
• Maintain overall accountability for quality, timeline, budget and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues and escalations.
• Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and sponsors.
• Maintain a consolidated view of all ongoing projects, monitor health, and coordinate cross‑project risk mitigation.
• Facilitate project reviews, governance forums and escalation processes, providing visibility to senior leadership.
• Support business continuity by anticipating bottlenecks and critical dependencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading strategic, multi‑disciplinary projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to define and enforce governance structures and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and drive results.
