About the role

Helly Hansen is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of its marketing plans in France. The role focuses on driving brand‑building initiatives and contributing to sustainable sell‑in and sell‑through results.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the local connector between the French market and the broader marketing organization.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between local and regional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support local business opportunities and coordinate marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver projects within budget and timeline, supporting planning and operational organization.
  • Develop and execute sell‑through campaigns with key accounts, pure players, and specialty retailers.
  • Support the sales team in planning and executing trade shows and customer events.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials for technical clinics and staff trainings.
  • Assist in creating sell‑in tools, technical data sheets, and merchandising of brand corners.
