Marketing & Promotion Internship – DRS Engagement

About the role

The DRS Engagement & Initiatives team at the International Chamber of Commerce is looking for a motivated intern to support marketing, promotion and community activities starting July 2026. You will work in an international environment, helping to organise events, manage digital platforms and produce communication material.

Key responsibilities

• Provide logistical support for upcoming events and initiatives, both virtual and in‑person.
• Maintain DRS community platforms such as Alumni DRS, Alumni Court and ICC YAAF.
• Promote events through email campaigns, partner correspondence and drafting promotional content.
• Archive ICC DRS articles and news for press relations.
• Compile statistics and create PowerBI dashboards for periodic reports.
• Assist with guidelines, toolkits and day‑to‑day community management of social media.
• Prepare documents, PowerPoint presentations, webpage updates and feedback forms.
• Draft meeting minutes and help prepare briefing material.
• Support moderation of meetings and any other tasks required for smooth team operation.

Required profile

• Student in marketing, communications, management, business, international relations, dispute resolution or related fields.
• Strong academic record and prior work or internship experience.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or another language is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a rigorous, proactive attitude.
