Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Marketing Manager to lead the French market activation of a leading nursery brand. This remote position requires a bilingual English/French marketer who can blend strategic oversight with hands‑on execution across paid, owned, and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Activate global brand campaigns locally, ensuring commercial impact and brand consistency.
• Partner with global media teams to deliver performance‑driven paid media execution in France.
• Drive conversion across owned channels, eCommerce platforms, and retail environments.
• Own media performance tracking and apply data‑led insights to improve ROI.
• Plan and deliver joint trade‑marketing programmes with key retail partners.
• Manage retailer platform performance, including content, visibility, SEO, and conversion.
• Lead influencer, partnership, and seeding activities for the French market.
• Oversee branded fixtures, POS rollout, and in‑store environments across France.
• Maintain local website content, messaging, and brand expression.
• Feed French market intelligence back to global brand and product teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years of brand marketing experience in premium consumer goods, design‑led, or global organisations.
• Proven track record managing premium brands at market level.
• Strong performance‑marketing experience across paid, owned, and retail channels.
• Data‑confident with the ability to use insights to optimise campaigns and targeting.
• Experience in trade marketing, retail activation, and retailer platform management.
• Solid understanding of the French retail and eCommerce landscape.
• Fluent in English and French.
