Marketing Manager France

About the role

Arrow ECS, part of Arrow Electronics, delivers value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to technology manufacturers and their channel partners. The Marketing Manager leads the marketing plan and execution for Arrow ECS France, driving brand awareness, partner engagement and revenue growth through innovative marketing programs. The role calls for strong leadership and hands-on experience in IT distribution and channel ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and run the country marketing plan in line with EMEA and global guidelines, and develop annual vendor marketing plans with budget and KPIs, working closely with vendors and the relevant teams.
• Manage and deliver marketing programs and initiatives, online and offline, targeting channel partners and end customers.
• Design and organise Arrow events (internal and external) and ensure Arrow's presence at trade shows and exhibitions organised by third parties.
• Manage and reconcile vendor marketing budgets, keep programmes on time and within budget, and propose Arrow-designed programs to earn incremental funding from vendors.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, coordinate with vendor managers, adapt plans to resource and operational challenges, and foster collaboration with sales, vendor management and EMEA/global marketing teams.
• Track campaign performance, ROI and market trends, and prepare regular reports for France leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of marketing experience in IT distribution or channel environments, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of channel ecosystems, vendor programs and MDF management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools.
