Marketing & Communications Manager – Europe

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager – Europe will lead brand awareness, cultural relevance, and community engagement across key European markets for a fast‑growing beauty brand. Reporting to global teams, you will collaborate with Sephora Europe, agency partners, influencers, media, and industry stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies for France, Spain, and Italy, securing earned media and managing relationships with beauty, lifestyle, fashion, and business outlets.
• Partner with Sephora PR and social teams to maximise brand visibility and support retail initiatives.
• Design and run influencer marketing programmes, recruiting creators, managing paid campaigns, and reporting performance.
• Lead the planning and execution of press, influencer, retail, and consumer events that generate earned media value and social engagement.
• Stay ahead of emerging social, creator, and community trends to identify growth opportunities.
