Marketing & Communication Project Manager Intern

About the role

GRACE is looking for a proactive Marketing & Communication Project Manager Intern to support the growth of its brand ecosystem, including the popular Podcast du Luxe and luxury‑brand activation campaigns. You will work directly with the Co‑Founder, Sales & MarCom, to help shape and amplify the company’s storytelling across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Podcast du Luxe, from guest coordination and scheduling to overseeing shooting logistics.
• Supervise post‑production activities, liaise with external audio/video editors, track key performance indicators and manage related budgets.
• Create and publish social‑media content (blog posts, infographics, short‑form videos) on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
• Support press and communication campaigns by drafting press kits, brand stories and visual assets.
• Assist in the design and execution of marketing campaigns, including paid ads, CRM actions and launch activations with luxury maisons.
• Develop brand materials such as pitch decks and presentations.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Passion for luxury, media, and storytelling.
