Marketing Analyst

About the role

Salomon is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join its Marketing Analytics & Insights team. You will be at the intersection of marketing, data, and business decision‑making, helping to measure, optimise and scale marketing investments across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance across multiple channels.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Provide recommendations to optimise campaigns, channel mix and creative execution.
• Support marketing teams with forward‑looking insights for campaign planning.
• Define and implement reporting frameworks, performance standards and test‑and‑learn methodologies across regions and channels.
• Collaborate closely with a Marketing Scientist on ROI modelling and a Marketing Data Manager on data pipelines.

• Passion for marketing performance, data analysis and driving impactful decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to convey findings to cross‑functional teams.
