Manager, Specialist Sales – SME Solutions

About the role

As the Manager, Specialist Sales – SME Solutions for France, you will act as the subject‑matter expert driving commercial execution across financial institutions, fintechs and alternative distribution channels. You will help shape the SME product portfolio, accelerate market adoption and deliver measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Localise the SME vision for France by collaborating with banks, fintechs, acquirers and ISVs to evolve product offerings.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies with the Customer Solutions Center, account managers and business‑development teams.
• Prioritise and launch new or enhanced SME services, tailoring positioning to local regulatory and competitive landscapes.
• Maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline for direct and partner‑sourced opportunities and lead senior‑level engagements with issuers, acquirers and platform partners.
• Deliver outcomes aligned with Mastercard objectives such as gross domestic volume, net revenue and signed optimisations.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expertise in SME payment solutions and digital finance.
• Proven ability to engage senior management and executive stakeholders across financial institutions and fintech ecosystems.
• Strong track record of driving business development and sales execution in a B2B environment.
