Manager / Senior Manager – Financial Operations Consultant – Insurance

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join its Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The role focuses on financial operations consulting for insurance clients, supporting complex accounting projects, transactions and sustainability reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants, auditors and evaluators.
• Execute accounting conversion projects (IFRS, US GAAP) and implement new accounting standards such as IFRS 18.
• Prepare financial information (pro‑forma statements, combined financials, ad‑hoc reports) for transactions including divestitures, spin‑offs, carve‑outs, IPOs and debt issuances.
• Address accounting structuring challenges linked to external growth operations (acquisitions, joint ventures, new business units).
• Support listed clients in optimizing financial communication, key performance indicators and regulatory compliance.

Required profile
