Manager / Senior Manager – Financial Operations Consultant – Industries & Services

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join its Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine. The consultant will support large international clients on complex accounting projects, including standard adoption, transactions, restructurings and sustainability reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants, auditors and valuation experts.
• Manage accounting framework conversions (IFRS, US GAAP) and implement new standards such as IFRS 18.
• Prepare financial information – pro‑forma statements, combined financials, ad‑hoc reports – for M&A, spin‑offs, carve‑outs and capital‑raising transactions.
• Address accounting and structuring issues related to external growth operations (acquisitions, joint ventures, take‑overs).
• Support listed clients in optimizing financial communication, key performance indicators and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and passion for solving complex financial challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively within PwC’s professional culture.
• Experience leading projects at the intersection of accounting, finance and transactions.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards.
