Manager / Senior Manager – Consolidation (CDI)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead consolidation projects for major French and international corporations. You will work within the Finance practice, supporting financial directors in the production of consolidated accounts and the implementation of consolidation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related reporting for large, complex groups.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of consolidated financial data in environments subject to SOX, IPO, or other regulatory requirements.
• Lead transformation projects, including process redesign, regulatory changes, scope adjustments, and IFRS/US GAAP conversions.
• Support financial directors with strategic consolidation challenges and advise on best practices.
• Participate in consolidation tool selection and implementation projects (e.g., OneStream, Tagetik) and broader EPM initiatives.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting, preferably with CAC 40 or SBF 120 clients.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, SOX compliance and IPO processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
