Manager, Quality Systems & Process Excellence (FBN)

About the role

CCEP is looking for a Manager, Quality Systems & Process Excellence to lead the development and implementation of analytical methods, quality systems and process improvement initiatives across its manufacturing network. The role covers sites in France, Benelux and the Nordics (FBN) and works with production sites, engineering teams, suppliers and Group functions to deliver robust quality processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate regulatory, industry and company quality requirements into operational processes, and develop and maintain central standards for analytical methods, QA, inline measurement systems, sensors and testing procedures.
• Lead projects for quality automation and process optimisation, improve laboratory efficiency and evaluate emerging technologies with suppliers and technical partners.
• Design and deliver training on analytical methods, statistical process control and quality tools, and act as a subject matter expert coaching site teams.
• Develop and monitor quality and process performance indicators, support root cause investigations and contribute to business cases, CAPEX planning and equipment replacement projects.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Commercialisation and Group QSE teams, and build relationships with suppliers, industry bodies and external auditors.

Required profile

• Experience in Quality, Food Safety, Process Engineering or a related technical function in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and laboratory operations, and of continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Science, Process Engineering, Biochemistry or a related discipline; Food Safety or Quality Management qualifications are advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.
• Analytical testing methods, quality assurance processes and process control.
• Statistical analysis and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Familiarity with laboratory technologies, process automation or inline measurement systems is advantageous.
