About the role

The Operational Manager will lead the team of reception and boarding agents at the Le Mans TGV INOUI station. You will ensure a high level of traveler satisfaction and help achieve service‑quality, loyalty and acquisition targets.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the reception and boarding area.
Coordinate and motivate a team of agents to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor service‑quality indicators and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety and boarding procedures.
Collaborate with TGV INOUI management to meet performance goals.

Required profile

Experience in client‑relationship or customer‑service roles within the railway or transport sector.
Proven ability to manage a team and drive service excellence.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
