Manager Finance Strategy & Deals – Conseil en Stratégie

About the role

PWC Strategy& is the global strategy consulting arm of PwC, helping organisations from strategy to execution on their most complex challenges. The Deals team supports CEOs on strategic M&A projects, while the Finance Strategy & Deals platform assists finance functions of large groups, mid‑caps and investment funds.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate M&A transactions, including take‑overs, carve‑outs, spin‑offs and post‑integration activities.
• Develop and implement finance strategies, transformation road‑maps and performance‑management models.
• Support investment funds and portfolio companies in structuring growth and financial reporting.
• Collaborate closely with other PwC expertise across France and internationally to deliver end‑to‑end value.

Required profile

• Curious and passionate professional who embodies PwC Professional behaviours.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in corporate finance, M&A and finance transformation.
