Management Accountant

About the role

The company is seeking a Management Accountant to oversee accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and cash management for its French legal entity. The role requires fluency in French and Chinese and will support both operational and strategic financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly accounting entries, operational analysis reports, and group‑required financial statements.
• Handle monthly tax filings, annual tax settlements, and documentation for export tax rebates.
• Review contracts, expenses, and payments against the Delegation of Authority and approve online banking transactions.
• Coordinate semi‑annual and annual audits, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
• Develop and implement financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and meet operational goals.
• Plan and monitor cash receipts and payments, produce daily cash reports and cash forecasts, and report to the group as required.
• Organise monthly operational review meetings and drive financial improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and Chinese.
• Strong knowledge of French accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
