About the role

Trane Technologies, a global leader in climate solutions for buildings, homes and transport, is looking for a Machining Operator (F/H) for its Golbey site. The role is on-site, five days a week, and contributes to the manufacture of key parts in the industrial production line.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare the machines, tooling and settings needed for production
  • Carry out machining operations according to defined standards
  • Monitor production progress and adjust parameters when necessary
  • Check the quality of produced parts and detect non-conformities
  • Record production documents and report any anomalies
  • Maintain the workstation and strictly follow safety rules

Required profile

  • Comfortable in an industrial, technical and structured environment
  • Rigorous, vigilant and organised
  • Able to read technical documents and follow precise instructions
  • Enjoys concrete work, quality and adherence to standards
  • Works autonomously while collaborating effectively with a team
  • First experience in production, machining or machine operation is an advantage
