M365 Architect – Microsoft 365 Solutions

About the role

Magellan is seeking an experienced M365 Architect to join its Infrastructure community. You will work with major accounts across the region, helping them define and implement digital strategies that leverage Microsoft SaaS services such as Exchange, Teams, and the broader Microsoft 365 suite.

Key responsibilities

• Support major accounts in their digital transformation and SaaS adoption.
• Facilitate technical architecture workshops and capture functional requirements.
• Design and recommend complex Microsoft 365 architectures, including Exchange (On‑Premise, Online, Hybrid) and Skype‑to‑Teams migration strategies.
• Define and improve standards, architecture patterns, and service catalogues.
• Oversee implementation of technical recommendations within projects.
• Draft high‑level and low‑level design documents (HLD, LLD) and other technical artefacts.
• Lead project teams and operate autonomously during scoping and pre‑sales phases.
• Maintain technology watch on Microsoft ecosystem developments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Exchange, Skype for Business, Teams, Active Directory and EM+S.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English; additional Microsoft certifications or MVP status is a plus.
