About the role

Sativa Voyages is seeking motivated Luxury Travel Consultants to sell high‑ticket, bespoke travel experiences to private groups and corporate clients. This is a fully remote, commission‑only position that rewards strong sales performance with unlimited earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and existing contacts.
• Conduct phone or video consultations to understand client preferences, budgets, and travel goals.
• Design and present customized travel proposals that exceed client expectations.
• Close sales and manage client relationships throughout the booking process and beyond.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on maximizing commissions from high‑value sales.
• Stay up‑to‑date on luxury travel trends and destination knowledge to provide expert advice.
