Luxury Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Luxury Sales Associate to join Jimmy Choo’s boutique team. The role involves delivering the brand’s iconic customer experience and driving sales across a full range of luxury accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service following the Selling Ceremony.
• Represent the glamorous Jimmy Choo lifestyle through attitude, personal grooming and dress code.
• Develop detailed product knowledge of shoes, handbags, small leather goods, scarves, sunglasses, eyewear, belts, fragrance and men’s shoes.
• Build and maintain a client database to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, investigate issues and recommend solutions.
• Replenish stock according to company procedures and maintain accurate stock records.
• Participate in stock takes and ensure merchandise presentation meets visual‑merchandising standards.
• Attend store meetings, training events and promotional activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve boutique performance and achieve key performance indicators.
• Follow health and safety procedures and support back‑of‑house administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury fashion or accessories environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to support store management with ad‑hoc duties.
