Logistics & Sustainability Manager

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced Logistics & Sustainability Manager based in France, reporting to the Head of S&OP and Logistics France. The role sits within the French Business Unit and involves working with a high-performing team, interacting with senior stakeholders and driving results and continuous improvement in logistics and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Distribution management: oversee the distribution network for Retail and Away From Home channels, ensure warehouse capacity meets business needs and manage the annual logistics budget.
• Transportation and repacking: maintain performance to Kraft Heinz standards, monitor logistics parameters and haulier performance, and prepare tenders with the European procurement team.
• Cost efficiency: drive cost benefits through supply chain initiatives, lead projects, ensure savings and benchmark best practices.
• Sustainability: develop and lead the ESG roadmap, focusing on carbon footprint reduction and supply chain losses, represent Kraft Heinz France in external ESG organisations and develop new partnerships.
• Team management: manage and develop a team of functional experts and take part in the French supply chain leadership team, driving the organisational and people review process.

Required profile

• Master's degree in economics, business administration or engineering with a specialisation in Supply Chain.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Mandatory experience in warehousing and distribution; additional experience in planning, customer service or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good understanding of FMCG, retailers and 3PLs.
• Fluent in French and English.
• EU working permit required (Orientation Year Visa not included).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and SAP.
• People management experience is a plus.
