Logistics Quality Improvement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Quality Improvement Manager to lead data‑driven cost and performance analysis across our warehouse, transportation and delivery operations. The role will establish regional business analysis mechanisms, identify inefficiencies, and drive cross‑functional improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and analyze cost, revenue, capacity and P&L data for warehouses, transportation, delivery stations and service providers.
• Set up a regional logistics business analysis framework tracking indicators such as cost per order, labor cost, transportation cost, service provider cost and fulfillment cost.
• Detect operational abnormalities, cost waste and profit improvement opportunities, and diagnose root causes of P&L variances.
• Develop and implement cost‑improvement plans in partnership with operations, finance, procurement, warehouse, transportation and service‑provider teams.
• Prepare business analysis reports, ROI assessments, management presentations and decision‑support recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business, cost, logistics or supply‑chain data analysis.
• Familiarity with warehousing, transportation, delivery or service‑provider cost structures is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills and a proven track record of driving improvement actions to completion.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL or Python for data analysis (preferred).
