Logistics Operations Support Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Support Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, coordinate procurement, and ensure smooth collaboration between our local team and JD.com headquarters in China. The role combines operational oversight with supplier and temporary‑staff management, supporting the overall efficiency of our logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinating processes, allocating resources and driving efficiency improvements.
• Manage supplier communication and procure materials and supplies to guarantee timely, cost‑effective availability.
• Supervise and schedule temporary workers, ensuring productivity and compliance with company standards.
• Handle expense reimbursement and financial reporting, delivering accurate and timely processing.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the local team, Chinese headquarters and internal departments to facilitate information flow and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics, supply‑chain management, business administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, procurement or administrative support is a plus; recent graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently, including supplier coordination, temporary‑staff oversight and basic financial duties.
• Good business sense with the capacity to align daily support activities with broader operational objectives.
• Fluency in Chinese, French and English.
