Logistics Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Logistics Operations Specialist to manage daily logistics activities for our offline business in France. The role will oversee inbound container transportation, warehouse operations, outbound deliveries, cost control, and third‑party logistics (3PL) performance while collaborating closely with customers, logistics providers, and our China Headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound container shipments to local warehouses and coordinate direct deliveries from ports to key distribution centers.
• Monitor transportation schedules, resolve operational issues with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses, and track unloading and receiving exceptions.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of third‑party warehouse and transportation providers, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
• Control logistics expenses, analyze inbound, warehouse, and outbound costs, and produce regular cost reports for management.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving and process‑improvement opportunities across logistics functions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and China Headquarters to ensure smooth operations and prepare analytical reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certification in Logistics or Supply Chain (e.g., APICS, CILT) is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
