Logistics Operations Manager – Spare Parts

About the role

ATR, the world’s leading regional aircraft manufacturer, is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to lead and optimise global spare‑parts logistics within its Customer Support and Services organisation. You will manage a team of six collaborators and act as the primary point of contact for all warehouse‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the warehousing service provider (LSP), ensuring compliance with contracts, SLAs, OTD, OQD, claims, cost, volume and activity continuity.
• Organise and lead regular business reviews (weekly/monthly) and maintain logistics SOPs.
• Identify and close performance gaps, supporting global sustainability and operational targets.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects to enhance quality, cost efficiency and overall performance.
• Provide daily support to support functions (order follow‑up, blockage resolution) as the focal point for warehouse topics.
• Collaborate with service providers on improvement plans and leverage IT systems for process optimisation.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in supply‑chain management, logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience managing warehousing operations, preferably in aviation or aerospace.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with logistics regulations and standards.
• Experience managing contracts with logistics service providers and monitoring SLAs.
• Proficiency with TMS, WMS, EDI (XML, web‑service), MS Office, SAP R3 WM/MM, SAP BW and Power BI.
