Live-out Wardrobe Manager / Designer (Private Villa)

About the role

The private villa in Roquebrune‑Cap‑Martin is seeking an experienced live‑out Wardrobe Manager / Designer to oversee all aspects of garment care, styling and inventory for the household. The role combines high‑end fashion expertise with meticulous organisational skills to ensure every piece is ready, maintained and easily accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, record and sort all garments delivered to the villa.
• Photograph each item, edit images and maintain accurate electronic inventory records.
• Organise wardrobes for quick retrieval and efficient storage.
• Perform in‑house cleaning, minor repairs, alterations and coordinate external specialists for delicate or theatrical pieces.
• Manage laundry and dry‑cleaning processes, deciding between in‑house treatment and specialist services.

Required profile

• Extensive experience styling and dressing high‑end designer garments.
• Strong sewing, alteration and repair abilities.
• Proven knowledge of laundry, dry‑cleaning and, optionally, theatrical costume maintenance.
• Background in an atelier or high‑volume, quality‑focused environment.
• Professional, approachable demeanor with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
