Legal Specialist (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Legal Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. You will work closely with product and domain experts to shape legal solutions that protect the business while enabling growth.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to optimize outcomes and manage risk.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and perform due‑diligence for corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions.
• Design system prompts, rubrics, and multi‑turn conversational flows for legal applications.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professional conduct.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build and improve legal tools and applications.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in legal principles, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong contract review and negotiation abilities across diverse legal domains.
• Experience in case analysis, risk assessment, and due‑diligence activities.
• Hands‑on litigation support and dispute‑resolution experience.
