About the role
The Legal Specialist will support international business operations from France by providing strategic legal guidance across intellectual property, commercial contracts, compliance, and corporate matters. Working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to mitigate legal risks while enabling business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright registrations across multiple jurisdictions (EU, US, etc.) and oversee infringement actions such as cease‑and‑desist notices, DMCA requests and platform complaints.
- Administer domain portfolios and digital assets, handling due diligence, registrations, renewals, transfers, monitoring for infringements and coordinating with external IP agents.
- Represent the business in domain name disputes, including UDRP and URS proceedings, preparing legal documentation and working with external counsel.
- Draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements such as licensing agreements, NDAs, SaaS contracts, API integration agreements, Master Service Agreements and publisher agreements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations relevant to iGaming, FinTech, e‑commerce, data protection (GDPR, CCPA) and cookie requirements.
- Support and maintain the corporate structure of international group entities and advise on cross‑border corporate matters.

- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks.
- Commercial mindset with ability to balance legal protection and business objectives.
