Legal Manager

About the role

The Legal Manager will lead the company’s compliance and regulatory efforts across Europe. This role ensures that all European entities meet local legal requirements while providing expert legal guidance to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret European laws and regulations, identify potential regulatory and systemic risks, and develop response strategies and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance of all European entities with local legal requirements.
• Provide legal advice on employment and labour matters and support the HR department in handling overseas employee dispute cases.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts independently.
• Manage communication and engagement with government authorities and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Law degree with a focus on European or international law.
• Proven experience in regulatory monitoring, compliance, and contract management.
• Strong understanding of employment and labour legislation across European jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with public authorities and internal stakeholders.
