Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support our partner’s international business operations from France. The role is fully remote and involves providing practical legal guidance across commercial, corporate, regulatory and compliance matters in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial agreements such as supplier, technology, service, marketing, partnership and confidentiality contracts.
• Provide legal advice on commercial, corporate, contractual and regulatory issues to internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Support licensing activities and ensure regulatory compliance in various jurisdictions, including applications, renewals and ongoing obligations.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments, assess business impact and recommend actions to maintain compliance.
• Contribute to corporate structuring, M&A, due diligence, transaction documentation and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, external counsel and regulators to address governance, AML, risk management and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing internal policies, privacy documentation, terms and conditions and other legal frameworks.

Required profile

• Law degree obtained in an EU jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience in iGaming, online gambling, fintech, cryptocurrency or another highly regulated sector.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, contract and regulatory law.
• Experience supporting international operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and deliver pragmatic, business‑oriented advice.
