Legal Counsel

About the role

Linxens, a global leader in micro‑connectors and secure ID solutions, is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its worldwide operations. The role involves providing expert legal advice, drafting and negotiating contracts, and contributing to corporate compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on contract law for group‑wide activities.
• Draft, negotiate and review a variety of agreements, including vendor, services, IT, NDA, R&D, license and intragroup contracts.
• Support the Deputy General Counsel in corporate law matters.
• Assist in managing commercial disputes and litigation.
• Maintain a centralized legal database for contractual and corporate matters.
• Monitor new legislation and communicate relevant updates.
• Contribute to Linxens’ Corporate Social Responsibility program, including compliance training and internal investigations.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in a law firm or multinational corporation, preferably in a regulated sector such as healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and intellectual property law; corporate law knowledge is a plus.
• Hands‑on exposure to compliance matters.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Business Units, R&D, Quality, Sales, Purchasing and Supply Chain.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is appreciated.
• High integrity, attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
