Lead Software Engineer - Mobile Development (Crypto Wallets)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the development of high‑performance crypto wallet applications on iOS and Android. The role blends mobile engineering, blockchain innovation, and technical leadership, allowing you to shape the architecture and security standards of next‑generation financial products used worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build cross‑platform mobile apps with React Native, ensuring scalability, performance, and a seamless user experience.
• Provide technical leadership to a small team of mobile engineers, setting architectural direction and coding standards.
• Define and maintain core mobile foundations such as state management, navigation, modularization, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs, SDKs, WebSockets, and blockchain services, and contribute to backend code when needed.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce engineering excellence.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Evaluate and adopt modern mobile tools, frameworks, and development patterns.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in mobile development with a strong focus on React Native.
• Proven track record of leading or mentoring mobile engineering teams and owning large‑scale app architecture.
• Deep understanding of mobile CI/CD pipelines, native build processes, and front‑end tooling.
• Hands‑on experience with iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) native modules.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment and deliver high‑quality features on schedule.
