Lead Project Manager

About the role

Celonis Services supports the delivery of Celonis' platform to its customers. As a Lead Project Manager, you will support end-to-end implementations of Celonis' technology for the company's largest and most strategic customers, articulating the product positioning to customers and working with Sales, Partners and Value Engineering to deploy the platform, frame business value opportunities and enable sustainable value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre-sales by framing Services project opportunities with Sales and Value Engineering, defining the implementation approach and writing proposals
• Execute projects end to end, taking responsibility for scope, timeline, resources and deliverable quality
• Manage the client relationship as the main point of contact, from operational teams to senior executives, and secure a progressive handover
• Lead project governance: report progress, risks and value opportunities, and facilitate decisions for Celonis management and client sponsors
• Drive effective use of the team's AI tooling to continuously improve delivery
• Mentor the Services team and feed field learnings back into Celonis Services methods and best practices

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex projects with business and technical dimensions in a consulting or professional services environment
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders from operational to executive levels
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking, with demonstrated expertise in pre-sales collaboration, opportunity qualification and proposal development
• Experience leading AI or machine learning projects, and delivering complex projects with data-driven solutions for supply chain and core business process optimization, is highly appreciated

Required skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering tangible business value
• Relevant certifications such as Agile/Scrum, PMP, Prince2 or Lean Six Sigma are appreciated
