Lead HR Business Partner

About the role

Mistral is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to head its People Partner function and shape the people strategy that fuels rapid growth. You will work closely with senior leaders across a globally distributed organization, guiding complex people decisions and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR People Partner team.
• Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Define and evolve people strategies aligned with business priorities and growth targets.
• Design and implement scalable HR policies, programs, and processes across multiple geographies.
• Leverage people metrics and organizational insights to advise leadership and drive data‑informed decisions.
• Champion Mistral’s culture by embedding core values into leadership practices and people initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience leading HR business partnering in a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Proven track record of building and developing People Partner or HR teams.
• Experience supporting international employee populations with strong knowledge of French employment law.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with confidence using data to influence decisions.
