Key Lead - Hollister Cap3000

About the role

The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team at the Hollister store in Cap3000 and ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the role guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and daily sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• No supervisory or management experience required
• Fluency in English and French (CEFR B2)
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays, with 20-25 hours per week expected; hours increase during peak times

The full-time starting rate is 25,644.60 EUR annually (35 hours per week); the range may be modified in the future.
