Key Account Manager – Public Sector

About the role

Alan is a fast‑growing health‑insurance company that combines prevention, care and insurance into a single user experience. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to own and grow our strategic public‑sector portfolio across Europe and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic public‑sector accounts (ministries, public entities) and ensure long‑term partnership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives and union representatives.
• Identify early signals of dissatisfaction and implement corrective actions.
• Lead onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan’s health‑partner positioning to drive employee and admin adoption.
• Prepare and present consumption reports and business reviews.
• Design and execute innovative initiatives to increase engagement and usage.
• Renegotiate contracts to balance customer value and sustainable profitability.
• Act as the voice of customers in product discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a customer‑facing role with frequent C‑level interaction.
• Full professional proficiency in French (spoken and written) and advanced English.
• Proven experience working with large organisations and, preferably, unions.
