Key Account Manager – Public Sector

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance, combining insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience. As a Key Account Manager for the Public Sector, you will manage strategic accounts with ministries and other public entities, ensuring they derive maximum value from Alan’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic public‑sector accounts and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Identify client needs, drive onboarding, and promote Alan’s health‑partner positioning to achieve high adoption rates.
• Monitor satisfaction signals, propose corrective actions, and conduct regular business reviews with consumption reports.
• Negotiate contracts that balance customer value and sustainable profitability.
• Collaborate with product teams to voice customer feedback and influence product evolution.
• Design and execute innovative initiatives to deepen engagement with existing customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a customer‑facing role with frequent C‑level interactions.
• Proven ability to work with large organisations, including public institutions and unions.
• Full professional proficiency in French (written and spoken) and advanced English.
• Strong analytical mindset and a customer‑centric approach.
