Key Account Manager – Luxury Beauty (Paris)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to join a leading luxury packaging manufacturer in Paris. You will be the main commercial and operational contact for top global beauty brands, ensuring seamless delivery from brief to production while driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders of key global beauty accounts.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Lead pricing negotiations, contract discussions and annual business reviews.
• Coordinate with design, technical, supply‑chain and production teams to meet launch deadlines.
• Monitor account profitability, support forecasting and manage project timelines.
• Spot emerging brand needs, industry trends and whitespace opportunities.
• Represent the company at client meetings, development sessions and industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of account management or commercial experience in luxury packaging, beauty, fragrance or related manufacturing.
• Proven success handling complex, high‑value accounts.
• Strong understanding of packaging development cycles and production processes.
• Excellent negotiation, organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English; French strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in an international matrix environment.
