Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive market expansion and manage the full lifecycle of new vehicle model negotiations for our automotive client base. This position focuses on achieving acquisition targets, promoting new product lines, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Expand market share in line with group strategy and meet new‑product acquisition performance indicators.
• Lead price and business negotiations from RFQ through to quantity, covering order acceptance pricing, equipment changes, and annual reductions.
• Promote the Development Group’s new product line to customers.
• Manage orders during development and handle quotation processes for after‑sales parts.
• Maintain daily customer relationships and support business activities.
• Assist the team in collecting and organizing information, coordinating internal system data.
• Support VAVE technology improvement case progress.
• Lead customer visit receptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with proficient English.
• More than 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Understanding of host‑factory product development processes and familiarity with customer procedures and rules.
• Strong communication, negotiation, logical reasoning, and emotional intelligence.
• Team‑oriented, willing to travel, handle pressure, and endure challenging situations.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
