Key Account Director – Europe (Packaging & Promotional Solutions)

About the role

The company is a leading provider of premium end‑to‑end packaging and promotional solutions for global consumer brands. As Key Account Director for Europe, you will drive growth in the beauty sector, overseeing a direct team in Paris and coordinating indirect teams across EMEA and Asia‑Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for product ranges (bags, accessories, GWP, rigid boxes, folding cartons) across geographical regions.
• Audit existing business resources and propose an optimized structure to capture market potential.
• Maintain high‑level client discussions to secure medium‑term opportunities and visibility.
• Provide commercial and industrial direction, including CAPEX and M&A initiatives, where needed.
• Oversee preparation and monitoring of customer operating accounts.
• Recruit, develop, and lead both direct and indirect teams.
• Negotiate annual contracts and manage the sales pipeline through 2026.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing key accounts across multiple geographies and product groups within the beauty/cosmetics market.
• Experience selling technical packaging or similar solutions to large, complex beauty customers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage direct and indirect teams across several locations.
• Extensive network and knowledge of the global beauty, cosmetics, and personal‑care industry.
• Willingness to travel throughout the EMEA region.
• Fluent French and based in Paris.
