About the role

Pwc is looking for an IT Contracts Supplier Lawyer to join its Legal Department in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The role acts as a Business Partner, providing autonomous legal support for the procurement of goods and services, especially in the IT, digital and technology domains.

Key responsibilities

• Advise PwC teams on the contractual aspects of all purchases of goods and services, both internal and client‑related.
• Draft, analyse and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including SaaS, hosting, technical assistance, software licences, and distribution agreements.
• Structure and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances with technology providers such as Microsoft, SaaS vendors, cloud actors, and other digital partners.
• Support the Alliances and Business teams in co‑development projects, joint‑marketing initiatives and distribution of digital solutions.

Required profile

• Legal background with experience in IT and supplier contract management.
• Ability to work autonomously in an international, innovative environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with technology contracts and partnership structures.
