About the role

We are looking for a qualified legal or economic professional who wants to take on a meaningful challenge. You will join a team of passionate judicial administrators dedicated to helping companies in difficulty to restructure and recover.

Key responsibilities

Support amicable and collective restructuring procedures for distressed enterprises.
Conduct financial analyses to assess the viability of recovery plans.
Collaborate closely with judicial administrators to prepare legal documents and reports.
Assist in negotiations with creditors and stakeholders.

Required profile

Legal education (law degree) and/or economic/commercial school background.
Strong motivation to work on socially impactful projects.
Ability to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Required skills

Knowledge of French insolvency and restructuring procedures.
Financial analysis competence.
