Junior System & Network Administrator

About the role

Join Sparteo’s fast‑growing AdTech team as a Junior System & Network Administrator. You will help keep our international infrastructure reliable, secure and performant while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain servers to ensure optimal performance.
• Apply security measures, perform regular system updates and manage backups.
• Administer network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs.
• Track network performance, diagnose issues and implement fixes to maintain high uptime.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and troubleshoot system or network problems.
• Collaborate with other departments to align IT resources with business needs.
• Document configurations, processes and incidents, and suggest improvements.
