Junior Research Executive – Market Research Operations

About the role

Appinio is looking for a Junior Research Executive to join its Research Team in France. You will help turn client briefs into high‑quality surveys, monitor fieldwork, and ensure reliable data for actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate market‑research projects, including programming, testing and monitoring surveys on the Appinio platform.
• Set up questionnaires, adapt them for various study types (U&A, tracking, concept testing, MaxDiff, conjoint, etc.) and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor survey performance, identify issues during fieldwork and resolve them promptly.
• Collaborate with Research Consultants, Account Management and Product teams to support analysis, reporting and AI integration.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout all project stages to guarantee consistent delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in psychology, business administration, market research, statistics or a related data‑focused field.
• 1–2 years of experience in market‑research operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a collaborative mindset.
