Junior Project Manager (Fixed-term)

About the role

The Junior Project Manager will support the delivery of marketing campaigns for leading retail clients of a global customer‑engagement organization. The role involves coordinating timelines, logistics, reporting and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with client operations and logistics teams to plan delivery and store execution, ensuring clear communication between internal and external parties.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly, escalating issues and addressing operational constraints.
• Collect weekly campaign data from clients and follow up on missing information for reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project timelines, highlighting milestones and launch dates.
• Manage campaign deliverables such as store execution materials, visits, and market research activities.
• Support execution through presentations, data consolidation, reporting and ad‑hoc project tasks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and test digital campaign solutions.
• Assist delivery planning, monitor inventory performance, and work with logistics to manage lead times and inventory risks.
• Consolidate performance data, produce regular reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare standard responses for customer inquiries and manage support communications via email or phone.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or Business with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics or Project Management.
• Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
